Shipping and Return Policy:

We strive to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Here at Avant doors, we go above and beyond to ensure that you receive your door and that it is not damaged during delivery.

Shipping time :

All orders are processed in 3-4 business days, and if the Freight Company is experiencing a high volume of deliveries, the shipment might be delayed a few days. Our goal is to deliver all orders in 7-10 business days to our customers.

Pick Up:

Doors can be picked up from our warehouse in San Antonio, Texas, during business hours.

Return and refund policy :

Returns will be accepted only if the customer returns the door within three days of the delivery date. Avant doors will promptly refund the total purchase price, excluding the shipping cost, upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition it had shipped to the customer. Damages that occurred during shipping must be claimed with the shipping company.

Special Order:

Special orders take 8-10 weeks.
